Ingredients
IBgard is a nutraceutical product containing peppermint oil for the treatment of IBS.<br )<br predominantly in the small intestine.<br />
<br />
National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) recommends peppermint oil as an effective first-line treatment for IBS.
Recommended Dosage: Take 2 capsules 3x/day. 30-60min before meals w/ 240ml water. Capsules must be swallowed whole
In addition to peppermint oil (L-Menthol), each IBgard serving of 2 capsules provides approximately 640 mg of fiber and approximately 400 mg of amino acids (from gelatin protein).
