Non-Medicinal Ingredients (in alphabetical order): Aspartame (contains phenylalanine), Citric acid, FD & C Yellow #6, Maltodextrin, Orange flavour, Sillica.

DOSAGE: Usual Adult Dose: One rounded teaspoon (5.8 g) into a 250 mL (8 oz) glass of coll liquid up to 3 times daily. Children (6-12 years): 1/2 teaspoon (2.9 g) in a 250 mL (8 oz) glass of cool liquid up to 3 times daily. New Users: Start by taking 1 dose each day. Gradually increase to 3 doses per day if needed or recommended by your doctor.
DIRECTION FOR USE: At the first sign of constipation stir briskly and drink the recommended dose immediately. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Generally takes effect in 12-72 hours. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medication.
Caution: Keep this and all medication out of the reach of children.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use, if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever or if you are taking thyroid medication or medications which inhibit movement of intestinal content. If you have chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking the product, seek immediate medical attention. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or if laxative effect does not occur within 7 days.
DO NOT USE if you have difficulty swallowing; if you suffer from diabetes mellitus; if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks; undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to acheiev laxative effect after the use of another product.
Avoid inhalatiob. Discontinue exposure or use if you exeperience an allergic reaction or hypersensitivity follwoing ingedtion. May cause temporary gas and/or bloating.
