With just one dose, ZzzQuil™ LiquiCaps® help you fall asleep, so you can wake up feeling refreshed. This product provides effective relief of occasional sleeplessness and helps reduces time to fall asleep if you have difficulty falling asleep.
Adults & children 12 yrs & over: 2 (TWO) 25 mg LiquiCaps (50 mg) at bedtime if needed or as directed by a doctor. If persisting drowsiness experienced with the 50 mg dose (two LiquiCaps) the dosage should be reduced to 25 mg (ONE LiquiCaps). Take only one dose per 24 hours: One dose = 2 LiquiCaps
