Preparation H PE Cooling Gel relieves both internal and external hemorrhoidal symptoms. It temporarily shrinks swollen hemorrhoidal tissue and provides prompt, cooling relief from painful burning, itching and discomfort. This clear, non-greasy, non-staining formula also has no unpleasant scent.

Active Ingredients: Phenylephrine HCl (0.25%) (Vasoconstrictor), Witch Hazel (Hamamelis Virginiana) (50%) (Astringent).Inactive Ingredients: Alcohol (7.5%), Benzophenone 4, Edetate Disodium, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Methylparaben, Propylene Glycol, Propylparaben, Water (Purified), Sodium Citrate.

Adults: cleanse the affected area and make sure it is thoroughly dry before apply the product.
